  Dean “Chico” Bolin was my great uncle. But to the folks around Travelers Rest, South Carolina, Uncle Chico was a legend – on and off the football field. WASHINGTON –  The former Navy SEAL who wrote a book about his role in the raid that killed Usama bin Laden will pay the govement more than $6.6 million for violating non-disclosure agreements and publishing without getting the document cleared by the Defense Department, according to federal court documents. Matt Bissonnette, who wrote "No Easy Day" under the pseudonym Mark Owen, will give the U.S. govement all profits and royalties from the book or movie rights. The proceeds already total more than $6.6 million. He will have four years to pay the bulk of that. The payments were outlined in settlement documents filed in U.S. District Court in Virginia. According to the settlement, Bissonnette also has 30 days to pay $100,000 from the proceeds of presentations he gave using slides that were not approved by the department.   BANGKOK –  Coordinated explosions targeting some of Thailand's most popular resort cities and beach towns killed at least four people and wounded dozens more. Police said Friday that 10 foreigners were injured in the violence, some of the worst here since the military seized power in a coup two years ago. It was not clear who was behind the attacks Thursday and Friday, but police ruled out links to inteational terrorism or a low-level insurgency in the country's Islamic south. The timing and scope of the attacks suggested the bombs were set off by opponents of the Southeast Asian nation's ruling junta, which last weekend organized a successful referendum on a constitution that critics say will bolster the military's power for years to come.   Politically correct tyranny is afoot at the University of Houston. I was recently made aware of a student at the university who was suspended for 50 days by the student govement association and ordered to attend diversity training over a reference she made about the Black Lives Matter crowd. “#ForgetBlackLivesMatter; more like AllLivesMatter,” wrote Rohini Sethi, the vice president of the school’s student govement association. Her belief that every life matters set off a firestorm of controversy among students – including the Black Student Union. They were among several predominantly African-American groups who demanded that Ms. Sethi be punished for exercising her First Amendment rights. “For her to say on her social media ‘forget black lives matter,’ it’s almost as if to say if all of us were to die tomorrow, she wouldn’t care,” BSU president Kadidja Kone told the Washington Post. “Just for her to say, ‘forget Black Lives Matter,’ is a punch in the stomach, student Nala Hughes told ABC 13 News in Houston. The 100 Collegiate Men, an organization for black students, also condemned the idea that all lives matter. “As of today, African American students do not feel welcome, comfortable, represented, valued or even acknowledged at the University of Houston,” read a statement provided to the Post. “Students at the University of Houston want to feel adequately represented. They recently decided to close a second location of the store so they decided to place an ad in the classified section of the newspaper, which is owned by Gannett. So Mrs. McGinnis phoned the newspaper and spoke with a classified ad employee. “She said our ad did not run because it contained an offensive word,” she told me. “I asked what that offensive word was and she said the offensive word was ‘Christian.’” She said the News Sentinel did not notify her in advance the ad had been rejected nor did they call to say they were refunding her money. “We had no way of knowing they considered the word ‘Christian’ offensive until we tried to place this ad,” she told me. “As Christians, this was a slap in the face to us,” she added.
