  As Donald Trump arrived in Phoenix late Wednesday, fresh from a visit to Mexico City’s presidential palace, he had in his hands a big immigration speech that omitted the usual line that Mexico would have to pay for his proposed wall along the U.S. southe border. Just after landing, though, Mr. Trump discovered that Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto had tweeted that he had told the Republican presidential nominee during their private meeting earlier that day that his country would refuse to pay for the wall.   Newly released State Department emails shed light on top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s close dealings with Clinton Foundation matters while she was working at the State Department – as well as aides' frustration with their boss’s email practices.  Emails obtained by Fox News show how Abedin used her State Department email address to deal with issues relating to a Clinton Global Initiative event. In an email dated Sept. 16, 2009, Abedin was forwarded an email chain about how campaign donor Geri Shapiro first accepted an invitation to an event, but then declined when she discovered that her husband was not allowed to attend.  Abedin responded from her State Department email: “Why was she invited in the first place?” The emails, first obtained by Citizens United, come as new questions are being raised about the relationship between the Clinton Foundation and State Department when Clinton was secretary of state. A tweet from the Republican presidential candidate appeared to be edited and scrubbed of the word “crooked” when a graphic on Trump was shown Sunday night, Breitbart News reported.   Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump tweeted Saturday about the fatal shooting of NBA star Dwyane Wade's cousin, in another apparent attempt to persuade black voters to back him in November. "Dwyane Wade's cousin was just shot and killed walking her baby in Chicago," Trump tweeted. "Just what I have been saying. African-Americans will VOTE TRUMP!” Nykea Aldridge, 32 was shot and killed Friday afteoon while pushing a baby in a stroller on Chicago's South Side. Chicago Police said Aldridge was shot in the head and arm by two men outside an elementary school. The shooters appeared to be targeting a third man, police also said.  The baby in the stroller wasn't hurt, and authorities said a relative has taken custody of the child. Trump, who deleted his initial tweet after misspelling Wade's first name, was criticized on social media for not mentioning Aldridge in his message.
