  Black Lives Matter slammed the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee after a memo leaked late Wednesday seemed to show the group carefully coaching candidates on how to avoid angering the "radical" activists.  The November 2015 memo included tips like: Do not offer “support for concrete policy positions;” be sure to "lead from behind;" stick to "small" meetings; and avoid mentioning terms like "black-on-black crime."  On its Facebook page, BLM said officials should "stop pacifying" them.  “We are disappointed at the DCCC’s placating response to our demand to value all Black life.   Muslims have refused to bury one of the terrorists who murdered a French Catholic priest this week as he celebrated Mass. Community leaders in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, Normandy said they did not want to "taint" Islam by having any association with Adel Kermiche, the 19-year-old jihadist who killed Father Jacques Hamel in his hometown in northe France. Mohammed Karabila, president of the local Muslim cultural association and imam of one of the town's mosques, told Le Parisien newspaper: "We're not going to taint Islam with this person. We won't participate in preparing the body or the burial." In a separate conversation with Sky News, Karabila reiterated there would be no involvement by the mosque's religious leadership in any funeral. However, he added that if the mayor's office were to request the mosque receive the body, and Kermiche's family were to indicate they wanted a burial, they would be obligated to assign an individual from the community to oversee the process. As yet Kermiche's family have not indicated whether they want a funeral for their son. Muslims in the town were supportive of the community leaders' decision. Khalid El Amrani, a 25-year-old technician, said he thought it was "normal" that the mosque would refuse to help with the burial. "What this young man did was sinful, he is no longer part of our community," he said. The mayor's office will have the final say on whether Kermiche can be buried in the town. Kermiche and Abdel-Malik Petitjean, also 19, stormed into the 17th-century stone church on Tuesday, taking hostages before killing the priest and seriously wounding another captive.   A damning report authored by the Republican-led House committee probing the Benghazi terror attacks faulted the Obama administration for a range of missteps before, during and after the fatal 2012 attacks – saying top administration officials huddled to craft their public response while military assets waited hours to deploy to Libya. The report released Tuesday pointedly blamed a “rusty bureaucratic process” for the slow-moving response the night of the attack. The report said despite orders from President Obama and then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta to deploy, the first military force did not do so until more than 13 hours after the attack started. The report said one anti-terrorism security team known as the FAST unit sat waiting for three hours in Rota, Spain, as Marines changed “in and out of their uniforms four times,” and even debated whether they should carry personal weapons, according to one witness. All together, the report said, “it would take nearly 18 hours” for that team to move. The report described a web of inteal debates and hold-ups, including apparent State Department guidance that “Libya must agree to any deployment,” though Panetta would later say Libya approval was not necessary.   While various officials debated how to proceed, U.S. personnel were under attack at two sites in Benghazi.   A French national with a prior terrorism conviction and ties to jihadists based in Pakistan murdered two police officials outside Paris Monday night in what the country's interior minister called "an abject terrorist act". Most shockingly, French officials revealed Tuesday that the suspected assailant, 25-year-old Larossi Abbala, had filmed the attack and posted it on Facebook Live. An off-duty police commander was attacked and stabbed multiple times in the abdomen outside his home in Magnanville, about 35 miles west of the French capital. The assailant then retreated indoors and held the officer's partner, reportedly a secretary at a local police station, and their three-year-old son hostage, setting up a standoff that lasted roughly three hours. The boy was taken to safety after commandos stormed the home, but the woman was found dead. Officials said the attacker was killed by police when they stormed the residence. "The toll is a heavy one," Interior Ministry spokesman Pierre-Henry Brandet told reporters at the scene, his voice heavy with emotion. Abbala, from the weste Paris suburb of Mantes-la-Jolie, was sentenced in 2013 to three years in prison, including six months suspended, for association with a terrorist enterprise. The Islamic State's Amaq news agency cited an unnamed "source" as saying an ISIS fighter carried out the attack, but the extremist jihadist group has not officially claimed responsibility.
